Since 2013, our management company has committed to a responsible approach by signing the 6 UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) which are recalled below:
- Take ESG issues into account in investment decision-making processes;
- Take ESG issues into account in shareholder policies and practices;
- Ask portfolio companies to publish reports on their ESG practices;
- Promote acceptance and application of PRI among asset managers;
- Work in partnership with financial sector actors who are committed to respecting the PRI to improve their efficiency;
- Report on activities and progress in the application of the PRI.
An ESG Committee has been created, and is made up of 10 employees representing the various businesses of our management company.
In order to mobilize to fight against global warming, our management company signed in 2018, the Climate Initiative 2020. This initiative is the first collective commitment of French private equity, in favor of the responsible and transparent management of emissions of greenhouse gases from companies, of which they are shareholders. The signatories of the iC20 have thus decided to mobilize in order to contribute to the COP21 objective of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees.
